Trimester XIV: June to September 2013
This report presents a Conflict Potential Analysis of Timor-Leste based on monitoring by Belunai??i??s Early Warning,
Early Response (EWER) system during trimester XIV (June to September 2013). When compared with trimester XII, in
which 215 incidents were recorded, there was no significant change in the number of incidents recorded in trimester
