This report presents an analysis of the conflict potential in Timor-Leste based on monitoring in 42 sub-districts from Belun and CICR’s Early Warning, Early Response (EWER) program during June to September 2012. Trimester XI saw a 16% fall in the total number of incidents to 284 from a high 330 in Trimester X (February ai??i?? May 2012).
