Trends identified through Belun’s EWER monitoring in November such as incidents in Ermera, particularly Letefoho sub-district linked to a Group 5-1 and growing community distrust related to the use of black magic, and a large-scale poisoning incident in Lospalos are still having ramifications into 2013.
Belun recorded 83 violent incidents across Timor-Leste during November 2012.
